It will add some medicament. It can separate our material from other materials. After the flotation systems, it will concentrate and filter pressing.then it can get the finally products . The whole process is finished.

Flowchart: The stone is sent to the jaw crusher to be crushed for the primary crushing. The material whose size is suitable for the feed size of the ball mill is sent regularly by the vibrating feeder to the ball mill, the material was crushing and grinding by the ball mill and then enter into next stage for classifying. The spiral classifier used to clean mud and classified mixed mineral according to the different grains have different specific gravity and sedimentation rates in liquid. The classified mineral grains will be separated by the magnetic separator. The magnetic materials will be sent to tailings ponds. Excluding magnetic materials will be entered into jigger for separating, the medium size grains. The other materials classified once again. The big size grains grinding and then classified, the classified materials will be separated and dewatering, the concentrate will be separated.
50TPD Manganese Ore Processing Equipment List:
Industrial grinding plant is widely used in dry way powder process of metallic and nonmetallic minerals, and powder size can be adjusted between 30 mesh and 2000 mesh. The processed ores include limestone, calcite, marble, kaolin, gypsum, barite, coal ash, slag, silicon carbide, brown alumina, cement, quartz, feldspar, refractory, etc.
Working principle:
Raw materials are elevated by Bucket Elevator to Ball Mill for being ground. Materials ground by Ball Mill are sent to Classifier for being separated, so the coarse powder and fine powder are separated. Fine powder with suitable size is collected by cyclone collector, coarse powder is discharged from bottom part of Classifier and sent back by Returning Spiral to Ball Mill for being re-ground, this is a closed cycle, the air is discharged by Blower after being cleaned by Pulse Dust Collector.
