Dry Grinding Ball Mill

    Ball Mill is widely used in mining, building materials and chemistry industries. According to the milling way, Ball Mill can be divided into dry and wet types. According to ways of discharge, the Ball Mill can be divided into lattice and overflow types or center-discharge and side-discharge types. In accordance with the different kinds of support, it can be divided into Bearing Mill and Bushing Mill. In accordance with the different kinds of transmission, it can be divided into edge and center types. The mills with the diameter above 3m allocate jacking devices for easy maintenance. So the dynamical pressure bearing and the static pressure bearing can operate stable.
Working Principles:
    Ball Mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. Materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner, ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height, impacting and grinding materials. Finally, materials are discharged through the discharging board.
